Job Summary
Clear Water Distilling Co. is seeking a motivated Vice President of Sales to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to earn ownership in the company and additional compensation through lucrative performance-based incentives over a smaller base salary. The ideal candidate will excel at strategic sales leadership and drive the growth of our unique and innovative spirits brand. Industry experience is not required, but we value a driven relationship-building leader who thrives in competitive environments.
Key Qualifications
– 10+ years of experience in sales with a strong record of success.- Proven experience in managing and optimizing sales teams.- Willingness to travel regionally and relocate to Utah.
Skills & Attributes
– Strong relationship-building skills to work with brokers, distributors, and control state agencies.- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis.- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.- Advanced CRM utilization for managing customer relationships.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for contract analysis.- Collaborative and able to work cross-departmentally.- Open to constructive feedback and continuous learning.- Willing to navigate the highly regulated alcohol industry.
Key Responsibilities
– Identify and evaluate new markets for brand expansion.- Continuously analyze and improve sales team performance.- Set realistic sales and profitability goals while creating and managing incentive plans.- Manage brokers, distributors, and control state agencies.- Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company goals.- Work closely with marketing to identify gaps and improve efficiencies.
