    Anybody here Pressure ferment ?Do you rack off into bottles already carbonated or still use sugar drops for a secondary fermentation ?Going to put down 20 Gallons of Lager today for X-mas new year and have been wondering if I can just bottle without putting sugar drops inI’m not fat, I’m in shape….Round is a shape Getting old has whiskers on it !

    Very occasionally, haven’t for several years. I ferment at 15psi, then chill bottles and beer before bottling without racking. Any yeasty bottles get drunk by me when nobody is watching.
