  Unbiased Barrels

  Hi All,

  I am looking for some(5-10) 55 gal or equivalent in 30 gal Neutral Barrels in the North East ideally the finger lakes area of NY. Something that should be simple to find is proving to be more difficult, any help would be very much appreciated!

  This term maybe more common in the wine industry since producing whiskies in the US demands new barrels each time, but a neutral barrel is a barrel already used 2-3 times so there isn’t much oak flavor left in the barrel.
