Top Choice for Legally Compliant Shipping of Spirits to Multiple States
We currently just ship in our home state, but we seem to be in the minority. I seem to recall Speakeasyco as one solution. Are there any others that dominate the market? I see FullCircle Commerce referenced in a previous post, but that doesn’t seem to be what I’m looking for.

I just want to put out there to NOT use Ohanafy. They have royally screwed the pooch with us and I want to make sure they don’t have the opportunity to mess up anyone else of us hard working distillers. They are slow, unorganized, and most of all backstabbing and cannot be trusted. If you happen to stumble across them in your research, don’t use them!

We use them. No problems that we have encountered so far.

NY has just allowed DTC shipping, and since I am a VERY small distillery I did a lot of research and came up with Vinoshipper. They have been doing wine for years, and now do spirits. No monthly charge, % on sales only, and fully compliant.
We have only just started with them, but reviews were good, and they don’t require a ridiculous amount of business info to get set up!
One of the things I liked most was it integrated with my GoDaddy non eCommerce webpage with very little effort, turning it into a compliant eComerce page at NO extra cost!!. They can also give you complete POS systems and software if that is the route you need.
