    The Art of Aging Wine: Cooperages

    Anyone have a good recdommendation on cooperages on east coast. We dealt with Kelvin Cooperage but now their lead time is 24 months, we cant wait that long. Anything at all would be great.

    We use Speyside in Atkins, VA.  They’re great to deal with but I’m not sure what their lead time is at this point.  I know they’re running wide open right now.
