    Hi All
First time reaching out for help…

We have a turbo 500 which has a digital temp gauge.
We turn it on and the still comes to temp approx 57 degress and runs normally for approx 500mls of booze. Then the temp gauge starts to fluctuate.

When it runs normal it sits at 57 degrees and there is a constant stream of alcohol coming out. Then it goes funny and the temp drops to about 52 degrees causing only drops of alcohol to come out. Then as the temp starts to rise back up, the alcohol starts to gush out. When it hits 60 degrees it stops and the temp starts to drop back down to 52. This then repeats.

We’ve also noticed the % is a lot lower now as well.

    Any help please?

What you’re describing is known a puking .
Either the ferment isn’t finished and is foaming or the packing isn’t settled correctly causing the buildup of steam and then just puking it out when the colum can’t hold any more .
    What wash/mash/ferment ?
Have you run it before without issue.
What had you done to the column just before doing this run ?
Oh and as Ruddy said above , drop in to the welcome centre and say G’Day
