  Storage of Botanicals

  Has anyone been to, or have pictures of, botanical storage rooms that the big guys use, like the Bombays of the world?  I understand that everything should be in a conditioned space and in air-tight containers, but I’m looking for a scalable solution.  Sometimes friends have the most interesting and creative ideas! 😉

  I have not seen any of their storage options, and we haven’t opened yet, however I have always had good results using the “vittles vault containers” for my homebrew grains and other ingredients that I wanted to protect from moisture/light etc.

  Walk-ins and airtight storage generally?  Not necessarily set to fridge temps but cold and stable.
