    We are in the start up stages of opening a distillery in Salt Lake City. We are looking to hire someone for the Head Distillery position. Call me and lets talk.

    Just wondering if you can offer up any more info on this posting. When do you plan on starting up production? When would you need someone to start?

    Also, how about a basic job description? What do you expect this person to do for you? Make product, government compliance, maintenance, all of the above?
