    Remnants of Gin

This might sound like the setup for a joke (and I will accept hilarious answers), but what is the stuff left in the still after a gin distillation called?  I’m pretty sure it’s not pot ale, spent lees, dunder.

    Asking for a friend.

Stillage. It’s kinda the generic word for whatever is left in there after a run regardless of the original material. But this is distilling so there’s probably 20 other words I’ve never heard of that mean the same thing.

Thanks, Foreshot.  Probably are some other words, I am sure.  I think I like stillage.
