    Personalized Distilling Agreement Templates

    Hello everyone, my family and I have just gotten our state (California) and federal permits in order and we are looking to partner with local wineries to produce brandy. If anyone, who has worked with wineries in California before, has any boilerplate distilling contracts that they could share, we would be very grateful! We’ll also happily take general advice on running a distillery, since most of our experience is in wine production prior to this. Thanks!
