  I’m looking for anyone able to provide NYS sourced GNS in bulk. There’s a bit of a drought up here. Any insight on sources welcomed.

  Must be produced in nys by 100% nys grain.

  So I’ve heard but they’re temporarily not producing. I was hoping to find another source here…one can hope.

  I’d talk to Colin Coan over at Dutch’s Spirits over by the Hudson, they have bought another distillery that is doing large volumes and I believe they are looking for clients.

  Ultra Pure is working on NY spirit. I do not have pricing but have given them my rough projections for the year. They should be starting production in a month or two. I heard Dutch Spirits bought Lake Distilling. Not sure if anything is being produced up there right now.
