Managerial Position Available at Central American Rum Distillery
Distillery Site Lead – Rum Plant in Central America
Consulting Alchemist has been asked to assist in the recruitment of a distillery site lead for a rum production facility in Central America.
The candidate should have at least five years of experience running a distilled spirits plant, including practical experience on both pot and column stills. A solid understanding of fermentation, maintenance and distillery housekeeping are required. Good basic mechanical skills and the ability to function in a challenging less-developed environment are essential.
Rum production experience is not required but is preferred.
Past international experience is not required but is preferred.
The site is located near the Caribbean Coast in a jungle resort area. English is the most prevalent language. The position comes with use of a house and vehicle on-sight.
