  Kason Centrisifter: Assistance Needed

  Does anyone have a kason centrisifter and would be willing to chat? 

  We’ve had one for 17 months and when it works its wonderful.  We continue to have new issues with it though and the biggest headaches.  Latest one is we can get our really dry grain one batch and then do all the same specs and end up with a soupy mess and that’s after having it constantly shut itself down during a run.  If anyone has one and would be willing to chat, let me know.

  Does the temp of the stillage change?

  No.  We have been using it for a year after mashing but before fermentation.  Always run it through at 100 degrees.
