    Hey y’all,

Our distillery is setup primarily for fruit based mashes. But I recently found a malt house that is doing malts from locally grown grains in our county. This has us very interested in a whiskey and a genever gin. For the time being we are not going to have the proper equipment for handling the grains, but there are quite a number of breweries in our region. I’d like to talk with someone who has had a brewery contract brew for them, and that worked out and was arranged.

If you’ve been through this, send me a line

    Cheers
