An 800-1000 L Hybrid Pot Still with 5 and 21 plate columns steam-powered CARL still (more details below), equipment and tanks for a grain-to-glass distillery, and an incredible organic copper-pot distilled whiskey barrel stock. In addition, we have moved our production, strategy, and brand to a bigger facility in the area and are no longer need of some our whiskey. Whiskey Barrel Stock:300 +/- full-size barrels of ultra-premium aged Bourbon, 100% Wheat, Rye, Single Malt, and many specialty whiskies ranging from 1-9 years old. Made from (mostly) Californian organic-grown grains and all fermented, distilled and aged onsite. List and pricing available upon request. Reasonable samples also available. I also wanted to expand on how incredible our Carl Hybrid Pot Still really is, especially when compared to others for sale, and some of the spec details. Our Still in a phenomenal piece of equipment run by myself (or my team) for the past 12 years. It is one of the most effective, efficient, intuitive, and safe stills out there. The Still was purchased brand new and was custom-built for us in 2012 and is still in incredible condition. It truly gives the distiller a head above in making delicious, clean, and award-winning spirits. We ran detailed monthly maintenance and strict cleaning protocols. It comes with many spare parts (gaskets, sightglasses, valves etc) from the still makers with the ability to easily get more from them. We would also make available to the buyer our SOP’s for the safe operation of the stillOutside of pneumatic valves and temperature readings, I intentionally kept it manual for cuts, steam power, and condensing rates. But it does also have a complex control panel to be able to automate all the controls. With appropriate (but easy) cleaning protocol inside the still, you can switch between spirit types (ie whiskey to gin) within 1/2 a day.
