First Time Feeling Stuck
The Mashmaple syrup watered down to 1.09 sg add Nutes and some oyster shells pitch Dady Works every time …till nowI fermented a big batch 170l (a buddy gives me whats left in his arch at the end of the year) Pitched Dady it fermented like crazy for about 4 days i kept the temp at 83fthen got stuck at 1.03 Ph shows on my strips as a 5it tastes almost sour( perhaps just a bit of vinegar flavor) i get no sugar flavorpulled a few jars to try different things added nutes and yeast in one no joy I added just Yeast no JoyI added a little lemon juice no joyI tried running it and it foams like crazy almost to the point on un strippable. any suggestions?
