    I am curious as to where those of you who are making gin make your final cut at. I’m just looking for a ballpark range, to see if I’m in the ballpark!

    If it tastes good your in the ballpark. But i think most people stop collection around 30% abv.

    We cut to tails @ 170 proof … Just because I don’t like even a hint of tails !!… We are redistilling from Neutral Grain Spirits…
