    Hey all,

Looking at getting an enolmatic since we are a very small-scale operation. However, I’ve been sparsely seeing that modifying it for high-proof liquids is a must, but I can’t find exact information. Just wondering if anyone has exact recommendations on it such as lines, filters, etc.

    Thanks!

If you are talking about the 4-head vacuum bottler, it is recommended to get the pyrex housing for it.

I have had clients purchase the wrong housing and leave spirits in there for extended periods of time. The housing will eventually form microcracks from the ethanol contact and visibly crack when put under vacuum.

The biggest potential problem I see is the electric vacuum pump close to flammable liquids. I don’t use the built in pump, I have a separate pump outside the building.

    Hey Ben,

I’m not sure what your volume is, but we specialize in Small Scale Bottle Filling equipment. Our equipment uses pneumatic pumps for High-Proof liquids. We provide the Rinser/Sparger, Filler, Corker/Capper, Labeler and Heat Shrinker. All of our equipment is modular so that you can get any piece you need rather than having to buy extra equipment that you don’t need. We have hundreds of ADI customers and we will be exhibiting at the ADI Show in Baltimore in August.

Please reach out if we can help.  crusystems.com

    Thanks Ben!
