  California Bourbon Available for Purchase

  Hi all,

  Interested in exploring a sale of between 24-34 barrels of grain to glass bourbon whiskey produced from the distillery I formally owned and sold in Sonoma County, California. 

  Whiskey is being stored in a bonded facility in Northern California. TIB required and shipping to be facilitated by buyer.

  About the whiskey:

  All barrels from ISC, char 3 and char 4 with toasted heads, 53 gallons.

  Mash bill: 65% corn, 25% malted rye, 5% malted wheat, 5% malted barley

  Barrel entry at 105 proof on all.

  Four grain, grain to glass, all grains grown in California w/ corn from Adams grains and all malts from Admiral Malting in Alameda, CA. Positioned to be a California premium offering, hence all the local Bay Area suppliers. 

  All barrels currently between 2-3 years old.

  Possible that we take them to four years and blow them out as a special release, but part of me is also content with just being done with it. 

  $2,500 a barrel asking price, highly prefer a single buyer to take it down for logistics and ppw purposes.

  Possible that one of the residual owners will keep 10 barrels, hence the range.
