  Blended Aged Bourbon Whiskey

  Hello,

    We are a start up distillery in Illinois.  We have intentions to open up with a sourced wheated bourbon to establish a market presence while we get our barrel and aging program rolling.

    What we want:

    Lower barrel entry proof range… ~115 proof.

    Aged 2-3 Years…

    Approx: 500 cases worth of whiskey.  ~12-13 barrels

    With potential for longer term contract that is indefinite, and based on our sales and marketing needs.

  18 month bourbon, 12 month rye, Vodka, Gin, Cream Base

  anything Custom along with contract bottling.
