  53-gallon American oak barrels with new char

  I’m wondering if anyone has any insight on sources for medium to high char new american oak barrels (53 gallons) at a reasonable price and within a reasonable time frame.

  You have to get on a list and wait. Unless your willing to pay unreasonable prices. Even then you’ll wait. The supply ans demand are still far apart, but the supply is gaining.

  Anyone want to suggest a ‘reasonable’ price for a #3 char, 53 gallon New White Oak barrel?
